Description:
The Cast Iron plates has a 50mm hole. The Adjustable Olympic Rod is 19.5 inch long it comes with superior knurling for gripping with 28mm thickness. The glass diameter is of 50mm. Each adjustable Olympic rod weights ~5 Kg. It can be made into 5 Kg, 10 Kg, 15 Kg, 20 Kg & 25 Kg for each hand total weight 50 Kg. Customization options available within 25 Kg weight only. The rod is made of ISI marked Apollo iron. All the products are MADE IN INDIA.
